The contact form at /contact collects name, work email address, organisation, role, a description of the decision or question, the area closest to the enquiry, preferred timing, and consent to be contacted.
The whitepaper request form at /whitepaper collects name, work email address, organisation, role, and consent to receive follow-up communications.
Both forms require explicit consent before submission. Neither form is submitted without it.
Why it is collected
Information submitted through the contact form is used to understand your enquiry and to respond to it. Information submitted through the whitepaper form is used to send the whitepaper and, where consent is given, to share relevant updates about OCTA Digital services.
How it is used
Information you provide is used only to respond to your enquiry or deliver the whitepaper. It is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for unrelated marketing or commercial purposes.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as is necessary to respond to enquiries and manage the relationship. Specific retention periods will be confirmed when the full implementation is in place.
Access and correction
